Aerial acrobatics performances and workshops

Spinal Chord was established in 2000 and has since provided classes, workshops and performances for a wide variety of audiences in both the public and corporate sectors.

The main activities of Spinal Chord are aerial acrobatics and dance with classes available for individuals, schools and community groups, birthday parties, hen and stag dos, as well as team building activities for the corporate sector. Our performances vary from full shows to five minute excerpts and are suitable for fund raising events, theatre performance, conferences or weddings.

Next block of Aerial Introduction class starts on July 5th - Sundays, 1pm to 2pm
For people who wish to join trapeze and rope class and have no experience. Booking is essential.

Aerial Introduction: Sun. 5th of July - 1pm to 2pm

Beginners Aerial: Sun. 5th of July - 2pm to 4pm

Bodyshop: Sun. 5th of July - 4pm to 5pm

Aereolocos: Sun 5th of July - 5pm to 6.30pm

Aerial conditioning: Wed. 9th of July from 8.15pm to 9.30pm (introduction class welcome 8.15-9.15pm, please text/mail)
