The workshops are divided according to ability:
For the Beginners Corde Lise Gabriel will teach basic dynamic moves and drops.
The intermediate corde lisse will have dynamic tempos in preparatio for piruetts, side planch technique.
For the advanced corde lisse the work will be on piruetts and controlled movement technique.
The straps workshop wil be dealing with basic straps conditioning and spins.
Requierements:
Beginners need to be able to climb the rope.
Intermediate level requires full skinning the cat and pull up to chest.
Advanced level requuires front arm balance and side planch, leg windmills and reversed russian.
For straps you need full skinning the cat and one arm dead hang.
