A new class for those who want to experience the adrenaline rush and gratification of a very unique activity. Start with trapeze, rope and silks's basic shapes and easy tricks.
This activity provides new and exciting skills with a great alternative to exercise and keep fit, a great way to socialise and boost your motivation.
The class is done at low heights and with the use of crash and safety mats. Don't worry if you don't have flexibility or upper-body strength, that comes along during the course!
The 10 week course starts on Monday 6th of Feb. 2012 to the 23rd of Apr. 2012 - No classes on Mar. 26th and Apri. 2nd
